Soft tissue massage - 45 / 60 min
Soft tissue release techniques are advanced methods for assessing and stretching soft tissues, targeting specific areas of increased tension within a muscle. These can be done actively or passively and used in combination with myofascial release.
Deep tissue massage - 90 min
Trigger points (Neuro Muscular Techniques) and Muscle Energy Techniques (METs) are used for a deeper relief from stubborn pain. Using METs’ counterforce in a precisely controlled manner can mobilise restricted joints and lengthen tense muscles.
Pre & Post event - 2 x 15 min
Specifically targeted and tailored to athletes and sports injury prevention. This short high-intensity sports massage prepares for competitions, test runs and matches.
The post-event is a slow, deep muscle-relaxing technique that prevents lactic acid build-up and post-event pain.
This treatment is 2 sessions of 15 min each
