Sports and Oncology Massage Therapist
Massage tailored to your needs
I'm Vincenzo, a qualified and insured Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
I’m also currently studying for a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, developing my knowledge of anatomy, movement, musculoskeletal health and patient-centred care. Alongside my sports massage qualification, I have completed specialist training in Cancer and Oncology Massage Therapy, allowing me to offer a gentle, supportive approach to massage for people living with or beyond cancer, where appropriate and with suitable medical considerations.
I believe treatment should be about more than simply addressing an area that hurts. Every session is tailored to you, your body, your circumstances and your goals. I take the time to listen and understand what you need, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you're a runner, cyclist, golfer, gym-goer, footballer, desk worker, or simply dealing with everyday muscle tension, I use a personalised approach to help you move more comfortably, recover from exercise and stay active.
I offer Swedish (relaxing), sports massage, soft and deep-tissue massages and oncology/cancer massage in St Albans, with treatments adapted to your individual needs.
Massage therapy options
Choose a massage tailored to your needs.
-
A focused 30-minute treatment using gentle to moderate soft tissue techniques to help ease muscle tension, stiffness and everyday aches.
Ideal if you’re short on time or want to focus on a specific area, with treatment tailored to how your body feels on the day.
-
A personalised 60-minute soft and deep tissue massage in St Albans designed to address muscle tension, stiffness, post-exercise soreness and restricted movement.
Sports massage isn't just for athletes. It's suitable for runners, cyclists, gym-goers, golfers, desk workers and anyone looking to improve mobility, support recovery or maintain an active lifestyle.
-
This extended treatment gives you more time for a deeper, targeted massage to release chronic muscle tension, stubborn knots and tight muscles. It can help improve mobility, reduce muscle aches and support recovery after intense training or physical activity.
Ideal for anyone experiencing tension across multiple areas of the body, recovering from sports and gym training, or looking for a longer treatment to relax, unwind and recharge. The additional treatment time allows focused attention on areas that shorter sports massage and deep tissue massage sessions may not fully address.
-
Cancer treatment can be physically and emotionally demanding.
Sometimes having an hour where you don’t have to think about appointments, medication, scans or treatment can be valuable in itself.
My approach is centred around listening first.
I’ll take the time to understand how you’re feeling, what you’re comfortable with and what you would like from your treatment.
There is no pressure to have a particular type of massage and no expectation that you should tolerate discomfort.
The treatment can be as gentle, short and simple as you need it to be.
